Look what I made for my cartography class:

Let me know what everyone thinks. (I realize that it isn't 100% perfect, but nothing really is)

I give all of the credit to my AK forum brethren, from whom I have learned so much.

Looks great. I like how you used pics of rifles from some of our members (including me :grin: )

Once again, thanks go to all. I see this project as sort of a team effort.

Originally, I wanted to use only pics of military (or deactivated) AKs, but some of the examples that were posted by members of their own guns were just better to illustrate the point. I hope no one minds.

Found where they are located and added it to the map.

dang, that's cool. good idea for a project. I felt like I was looking at surveillance photos for a bombing mission. lol

Awesome.......I didnt know vietnam has ann AK factory. India is building one, but I dont think its producing. I was surprised at just how many AK production is going on here in the states.

Nice map but you've put there real AK factories in Europe/around the world together with workshops in USA but for egsample you didn't add WBP, WORKS 11, TGUNS, R. Tobys factory, (AKFR is not even worth to mention).
