I've never seen that type of side-folder. What is it?
Does any one use a sling to shoot off hand???? If not, why not?
Those are rifle grenade launcher attachments. I've never seen anyone there use a sling (if they had one) as a support. At least in Iraq, they don't have time to do it as fire comes random from anywhere/everywhere.
