Found this from an old posting on the Gunboards. Going by the pictures in the link. East German on both counts.

OP's appear to be the two E German styles.

I was the author of the Gunboards post on these side folders.

Both are East German. The small sling loop stock was made for the 7.62MPi-KMS-72 (AKM) and the Large sling loop stock was made for the 5.45 MPi-AKS-74N (AK-74) rifle.
