Sadu vs Cugir & SAR vs S FA FF (Noob)

Do the SAR and SFAFF selector markings on Romanian AKMs depend on the factory it was made at?

Which factory makes which?

I have a Romanian M83 kit made in 1983.
Photo enclosed. Does anyone know what factory this is it what the selector markings should be.

Side note: I already ordered SFAFF marking from Childers so hopefully I didn’t screw that up. It said Romanian markings so I assumed it was correct?

Also what is a CARFIL?

Anyway, I’m wondering if the S before the serial number means Sadu? Just guessing, I have no idea if that’s what it means.
So I did some more digging and I think I have it figured out. SAR selector markings appear to be on rifles built for export and SFAFF were on all models built for the Romanian military. I also read that the triangle, empty or filled, means it was built at cugir. So my S prefix hunch was wrong. However, I believe I correctly used SFAFF with this kit as it was an actual military parts kit and not an export rifle.
