Gas Block ID (Country)

Anybody know what country of origin this gas block is from? It looks similar to a chinese folding bayonet gas block that looks like it has half the cleaning rod loop missing.
I don't think its chinese, but I don't recall seeing other examples like this. I'm wondering if it could pass for a chinese spiker gas block (assuming its not).
Anybody know country and if it was for milled or stamped AK?

Damn, this was the picture numrich had up. I bought 3, was waiting to receive them to make sure they were actually that before letting others know. They sold out before I got mine.
Unfortunately, they were all neutered. Sending them back.
