AK Gunsmithing Reference DVD's and Book... any good??

just wondering if anyone has used this, and if it's worth the money to someone who's never built an AK from a parts kit. I've got all of the tools it takes (minus the specialty tools), and I'm in industrial maintenance, so I know how to work with my hands. I've just yet to build one from a kit. I know I can build one, and do a good job of it, I just haven't taken the leap yet. I'm pretty bad about taking the initiative, but once shown, I could start spitting them out like a factory. anyway, here is the link to the GB auction with the DVD's and book...
